AdSense check - is it possible to be stopped by Google?

Hi Guyzz,

Is there anyone have this kind of experience before? for example if you earned U$ 1000 for january 2008 as adsense revenue and you have received your check from adsense --say on 3rd march 2008. right now you are in the process of clearing the check and according to your bank, it could take few weeks to do it.

in the mean time... on the 10th of march, your adsense account was disabled by adsense without any clear reasons. does it mean your income that you get in february & march (before your account disabled) won't be paid by google adsense?

How about the check that you have received and now still in the process of clearance? are they still gonna pay for that or can adsense stop/cancel that check that has been issued and sent?

anyone has this kind of experience before --got a check from adsense and they canceled/stopped the check?

any input will be greatly appreciated!

Do you feel that for any reason you might have violated adsense tos even if it was unintentionally?

i never did. i never get involved in any invalid clicks/impressions. never asked my friends or whoever to click my ads. i used adsense in whypark domains together with my affiliate banners and i used a ppc advertisement service to generate traffic. i even put my original contents on all my websites.

is that possible someone did a click fraud and i got the impact?

my concern is: the check that i have received from google adsense last week, is it gonna be cancelled/stopped?

Its hard to say 100% but if they feel you violated TOS for some reason they might do that.

No...don't think so. Google will have to pay a fee if the check bounces, ya. They won't want to incur a cost right?

That's what they always say, but it's a waste of USD30 if the check bounces. Besides, how to refund to advertisers?

The check you got doesn't count towards the invalid activity, you will be paid. Google always checks before sending anything out, so your check should still be valid.

Dear All,

Thanks for your posts in this thread. It's clear by now. I got paid by adsense though my account was disabled about three weeks ago. today i got my money from C*bank after almost 30 waiting days. i think, the best way when we received the check from adsense is, bank it as soon as possible. you never know that at anytime google may disable your account without clear reason. i have asked them why, but never get any reply yet.
