advice Additional language to website: before or after the domain?

Guys, I need your advice, I will add 2 language more to my website but have no idea if better use it as subdomain or not?

es.myweb.com
myweb.com/es

ru.myweb.com
myweb.com/ru



with one would you advice me?

Doesn't matter that much.If it's a different site (example: ecommerce site featuring products popular in different markets) a subdomain may be more appropriate. Otherwise just use a subfolder.
Be sure to use hreflang tags to map pages to translated pages in other languages and vice versa.

it is a travel website with 2 additional language.
not forum, not download section etc..
just the same website but in another language..
but you said no matter but at the end say use "subfolder"..
so, subfolder is better?
subfolder is like: website.com/es/index for example?

From an SEO standpoint subfolders are slightly better for distributing inbound link equity than subdomains. But really - doesn't matter that much. Use what seems most natural to you. But use hreflang tags - those are important.

use google translator is not profesional, the content could be funny sometimes with bad translation

Can't tell you that - pick something well supported with a lot of downloads?
May be able to set them in Yoast.
