Adding bank account in Sedo

Hi,

I'm trying to register my (US) bank account details with sedo for ACH payments, but every time is says:

The account number is incorrect (at most 13 numeric characters).

1. For ACH, my account number goes upto 17 digits. This is surely correct because Paypal works, since few years, with this same details I'm entering.

2. For Wire, the account number is 10 digits, but it still gives the same error, although its less than 13.

3. Even the SWIFT code is returned invalid, whereas I've been receiving wires since last few years with the same details I'm entering for wire transfer.

I contacted their support in the first week of May, but no response yet. Does anyone have any solution for this, or any direct email of one of their billing dept guys?
