I'd like to add paypal as a payment option for auctions of domains that I'm selling. However Paypal does not come up as an option when I add payees, and none of the help section tell you how to RECEIVE payments via paypal (it does tell you how to add paypal as a method of paying them).
Can anyone advise how to do this? I'm from Australia, if that make a difference.

Thanks a lot!

I think for some countries the option is to provide wire transfer/ banking details rather than paypal.
For further detailed info: Call Godaddy Customer care.

Cannot! I've asked them before as I wanted the funds to be transferred as my in-store credit.

They only stick to their avail options only which is bank transfer, Paypal etc (check ur settings) as there are a certain limit for overseas transfer and I think it's like $1,000 or above otherwise they can send u a cheque or PayPal etc

Paypal is not avaliable for most countries. Only few countries. You must ask them for details

I just spoke to Godaddy support... as Megist suggested already, Paypal is not available for many regions, and it seems it's not available for Australia. Support took quite a while to find out, and after the option did not come up from them either, he suggested it must be due to our region... Quite surprising to me... they must lose some sales due to this...

I agree! It is very strange. They must have paypal option exactly !

I also do not use godaddy auction because of this!

I do not want e-check or wire . Paypal is the easiest payment method for me !

Let's send email to godaddy about it. What do you think guys ?
If they get lots of emails, maybe they will add it :)

GoDaddy doesn't do email support anymore (unless you have a VIP account). Your options are to call them and perhaps online chat support.

This wasn't for support mikenormal (as you can see above), it's to give them some feedback, as they're losing customers due to not allowing Paypal as Auction payments for many regions outside USA.
Perhaps their Facebook page is a better option...

@Joe Styler , GD should conssider non US residents to add Paypal as payee as they are losing business. Maybe we could also have a list of country where Paypal is accepted as payee.

I don't think they can see the (financial) benefit.

I'm also having the same issue. Paypal must be included as payee for customers outside US.

Thanks.
