Veolus, I have to disagree with what you just did. In your initial post, you clearly stated the "Buy It Now" price is "10$".

Now, if I am not mistaken...Swoop posted it sold for YOUR BIN price.

If your not going to sell it for your BIN price, what is the point of putting one on your listing?

I don't have a problem with the deal. Veolus didn't ask me to offer more, I did it voluntarily because I have a special interest in getting this website.

Hd did not suggest the higher value, I did. For all I know, he would have sold it at the BIN.

He still should of sold it to you for the BIN price. If you won something for 10$, why would you say you will pay 15$ for it no matter how much you want it...You already had it won for 10$?

swoop kindly offered to pay more than BIN price, it's very nice of him and i don't have nothing against his decision. After all, it's not that big of a deal, basically $5, more than enough to cover PayPal fees

Yea, sorry...I sorta overjumped and my lack of sleep isn't helping either. When I first read, I thought you had sold it to someone else...that's what got my ball rolling...I realized it was 5$ so it was my bad. No harm meant and I am sorry.

Yep I used Image Cabin because it's the fastest image host i could find and that's not very common when it comes to image hosting sites :lol:

Spaz and GeorgeB, do not try to sabotage a deal by bidding higher (than the posted sale/BIN price) once another person has already claimed it SOLD. This is poor business practice, and will get you in trouble here. A deal is a deal once the posted price has been met. End of story.

You have been issued warning points for this. Learn some business ethics.

This is true. Swoop should only be paying $10. That was the posted BIN price and it was accepted.

My concern is that Swoop only increased his bid because of the attempts by other members (Spaz and GeorgeB) to sabotage this deal with higher offers. Swoop won this deal by meeting the original $10 BIN price. That's where this deal should have ended.

If Swoop is giving Veolus an extra $5 out of the kindness of his heart, that's fine, but I want to make it clear that he is not obligated to pay the extra $5.
