Anybody have any thoughts on a good price for this domain?

Estibot shows it gets 300,000 exact searches monthly.
But the valuation for the .biz is a 10th of all the other extensions.

Could be a broad range.- mid xxx to low xxxx given the buyer. However, the pricing could vary, given that .biz extension is not so hot at the moment.
