I am trying to get an opinion on this domain. It has a decent estibot appraisal and the average EXACT monthly searches (according to estibot) for "New Songs" is 7,588,800 so the keywords are pretty high quality.

Any thoughts?

It's a great keyword domain for sure, even in .us. I'm trying to figure out though who would potentially buy or use this name given the competition in this space. (Apple, Microsoft, Etc.) Because of the high competition, I see limits to it's total value.

Low $xxx undeveloped.

I'd say it's worth around $19 (say, if it were to be sold on eBay...) until it is developed further or until you find an end user. I agree with the previous poster that this is a tough one to monetize for resellers. Huge competition, and the players in this arena, were they to spend good money on a domain, probably wouldn't settle for .us - at least right now. I'd say your best bet is to market it to bands or musicians. Good luck!

haha yep! But I also had an ebay bucks coupon, so it only cost me $12.00. Maybe I should just hold onto it for a while. I appreciate your feedback.
