I don't use it. Tried it when I first joined but didn't feel that the results were very accurate.

Not very lol. Its just like any other online appraisal service!

Its just one more input to help put a value to your domain. However, a large part of domain valuation comes from domain trading experience, understanding of the domain's niche, and just plain common sense - all of which are near impossible to code into some kind of formulaic program.

but i think it should be noted that these appraisals genrally tend to higher then real value

but it does give you a round about estimate !

i think the flaw with this system is that it bases the appraisal mostly on overture and google links sure these things are important but there are other factors that should also be considered
