I am new here.can any one give suggestions to get good reputation here.and who get banned and why?is there any limit of number of posts.and what is donations(np-donationa).you can also provide me a thread which decribes all these.

Various people get banned [usually just temporary] for different reasons. We are not told who is banned as they are usually private issues that staff handle with. [Breaking the NP rules, scamming etc.]

There is no limit of posts. Don't spam though.
