I was looking around for a domain reseller package, and found DirectI interesting but their deposit amounts were too high for me to cope with. Now, I have found a DirectI reseller who is offering a reseller package for slightly above DirectI Slab1 prices (WSDReg.com). Now, I have a few questions regaring the matter.

1. Can WSDReg change my prices at any time, for example, he lets me resell at $X for one year, and then pushes up the price?

2. If WSDReg decided to shut down, will I be taken care of under DirectI or will my business close down too?

If you want to be a domain reseller, no matter what, be the parent not the child. That's my only recommendation.
And, I heard of bad customer support of DirectI. I personally go with enom. All the money you deposit are credit in advance so basically nothing to pay.

Suppose I get a DirectI reseller for $400 (Slab1). Now, if my balance ever drops below $400, will I be pushed back to the base slab or do I get slab1 for life unless my balance runs out to 0.
