question Abandoned Trademarked Expired Domains - Safe to Register?

Hi fellow Domainers,

I have registered 2 domains whose trademarks have been abandoned. I am not sure if there is a risk of "bad faith" in reselling them so here are the facts of the issue:

• NoviBeauty.com

The trademark was expressly abandoned as seen in this USPTO document:
Novi Beauty Trademark Abandonment Document

In addition, there were also existing companies which use the term "Novi Beauty" as found in Open Corporates:

• WesternWok.com

The trademark was abandoned for around 5 years from the last date of application in USPTO:

Also, there were 2 existing companies in the US using the terms "Western Wok" in Open Corporates:

If there is a trademark attorney who could respond to this query, I will be very thankful!

Not an attorney, but if the trademark is no longer valid, it should be fair game. I have a few names with old expired trademarks.

I can't put a number to it, but I guess it is not likely as if it were probable, the existing companies who registered the above mentioned keywords would be sued first. Despite this, I would like to make sure that I don't make a wrong judgement.
