They offer good services for paypal cash.
Looks like they are reliable.I hope to get some feedback on this registrar before I use it.

How do they 'look' reliable?
The site looks like a 12-year-old-in-the-bedroom job, and the prices aren't anything special compared to say, Domainsite who also accept PayPal. Neither would elicit enough trust in me to switch from cheaper, reputable registrars. (Reason for the high prices is probably that they're an eNom reseller, and have only taken out one of the cheaper reseller plans...)

As for feedback a Google Search produces: this and this, which all seems to be complaints about downtime on the hosting side of the operation.

I did not understand the links you have posted.
They are google searches not 2 different hosts.How are they related to paypaldomains?

The bottom of the page on paypaldomains it says:

Copyright 2001-2006 BASIC Netwroks Corp.

Looking at the source code of the page, you can see:

And visiting the domain registration page on basicnetworks.net you can see it's exactly the same as in the iFrame on PayPal domains.com

Also the whois records for basicnetworks.net and paypaldomains.com are for the same company and address.
