I would hold firmly to domains related to declining industries, because when it's all over in a few years, they will bounce back and there will be plenty of new players entering the market to replace the fallen ones.

It is our job as domainers to raise the precedence of keywords. Sure the market can effect things but every word should be on the rise if we are to factor in market popularity inflation and appreciation.

Totally agree with your statement Raymond:

"I would not give up or lower a great travel related domain name as once Covid passes no matter how long it takes, those niches will have a bounce back."

It also applies to most other established niches.

Yeah everything is about timing and good keywords remain good. You just have to wait a little longer in certain categories.
