As for the others, filed.mobi may have some value if the .mobi tld turns out a success, and privates.mobi kind of sort of sounds like a name, but has certain connotations that prevent me from giving it a more than regfee appraisal -- maybe a mobile image bank of people's privates? These days, anything may turn out to be a success...
