domain A couple of domains: localforecasts.net (and .info)

Hey all, I'm pretty new here (and new to domaining in general), but would like to request your fine appraisals on the following two domains I recently picked up:

localforecasts.net
localforecasts.info

Thanks in advance. Trying to wrap my head around valuations of my portfolio, so I figured these two are a good place to start gauging from.

Right now to date .info domains have not reached their potential and probably will not for quite some time. If you can wrangle a one word .info with strong keywords then you might be able to resell it depending on what the keyword is. Other than that you will have a tough time getting any significant money out of any other stand-alone .info.

"Local Forecasts" yields 396,000 results on Google. This is not the best metric to go by but it does illustrate that their is not too much competition for these two keywords. Now if you have plans on developing a website then that is a good thing for you. But if you plan to sell the stand-alone domain you probably wont get much beyond registration fee for either.

This is my personal opinion and others may feel differently.
