domain 5L.cc - A Short Wonder

I recently picked up 5L.cc and I'm pretty new to the world of two letter .cc's so it'd be great if one of you could give me your thoughts about this one's value?

I picked this up de to the presence of (5 letter). I first thought, it'd make an awesome domain to list my 5 letter domain portfolio.

Don't you think that 5L would great heighten it's value as it's a common short-form for 5 letter? Like LLLL.com's are referred to as 4L.com's and LLLLL.com's are referred to as 5L.coms

It would indeed, but .CC is not a very hot market. You could find an end user though who pays X,xxx.. so just be patient and develop it for now.
