I want to sell my site, www.pcwebadvice.com. Right now it is going along pretty nice and it is a great buy. Because it is early you can get a blooming site for a cheap price. It is also a customized skin and logo designed by a user on NamePros.

Current Stats:
Page Rank: 2
Alexa Rank: 995,662
Current Users: 43
Active Users: Around 10-15 (growing)
Post Count: 2200+ (about 50-100 were NP incentives...that is all)
Adbrite Revenue: $30-$45

Analytics Info (June-July):
Uniques A Day: 21.88
New Users: 99.98%
U.S. Visitors: 69.32%
United Kingdom Vistors: 15.06%

I can also offer to be an admin for an amount of time. I was thinking 6 months to a year. This will keep the community involved while the new owner gets situated.

We also have a site we use for uploading images, www.imagelord.com, which is small but growing. It has been providing quite a bit of hits. We get 70% of advertising on their site and a tag on every one of the pages.

This forum has only been up since the end of May. So for a month and a half the stats are pretty respectable. This is why I am saying the site will be growing quite quickly.

If anyone is interested please post a bid.

I was thinking at lowest selling it at $120. My desired price is a bit higher however.

The site isn't banned but my actual name from the list is. So, I make less. Adbrite doesn't do impressions.
