Hello everyone,
I am selling my computer forum, SysChat.Com. I created it about 9 months a year ago, I was at 400 members, but then it got hacked and I had to restart from scratch. I recently opened it up again and have spent hours optimizing it and trying to increase traffic. I only have about 20 users and 200 posts, but the value is in the domain and mods.

Domain:
SysChat.Com is a great domain, short, .com, in a very popular field (computer forums and support) Also, it is very brandable and easy to say and spell. I have many links from directories I submitted to and trading links with other sites. It is only PR3, but Im sure it will go up.

Site:
The site is a phpBB forum with 20ish users and 240ish posts. I have spent hours installing mods, messing with the template and optomizing. The mods I have installed are last topics on index, url mod_rewrite, I created a sitemap generator and I spent hours optimizing (removing SIDs, playing with titles, etc...).

Traffic
The site is really growing in traffic, it currently recives about 150-700 pageviews per day, but is very new and is growing. I have already started recieving traffic from google and msn.

Price
I dont really have any set price in mind, but I will consider all offers $xxx because it is a very premium domain.

If you have any intrest, questions or an offer, please PM me.

Best Regards
