Ok so ive got iappleshare.com and im selling it to another guy as well as transferring everything (db's, etc..) to his hosting account...

So ill give him the files and tell him to upload them on his hosting account, as for the database ill give it to him and where do you actually "upload" it?

This is wordpress, so he wouldn't have to "install" it as long as he has the exact files and database (and the config.php file is configured correctly)

Can i get confirmation on this please? Also were is the db uploaded?

Thanks a bunch.

Depends what sort of hosting you have.

If you've got cPanel hosting, from the 'home' screen, scroll down to 'Databases' and open phpMyAdmin. This will normally open a new window with your databases in.
Most other hosts have phpMyAdmin as an option so assuming this is the case, this is what you should do-

Select the database you wish to transfer on the left bar and wait a few seconds whilst it loads in the main frame. Then select 'Export' from the row of tabs which will bring up the 'View dump (schema) of database'. You will probably not need to change any options on this page, ensure that all the tables are selected in the 'Export' section, and that the SQL box is ticked(checked). Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'save as file' and then press the 'ok' button. This will create a .sql file that you can then email on to your buyer.

Your buyer can then upload this on his/her webhost under the 'import' tab, either as a file or they can copy-paste the SQL info from inside their file.

[EDIT]
***oh and as I just re-read your OP, if it's a wordpress installation you are transferring- make sure you take out your DB username and password from config.inc.php and rename the .sql file to something generic (like 'wpdatabase1').
Or if you've already sent your wordpress files, make sure you change your password at your hosting (either your main account or your database access password, or both if they're the same, obviously!)
