A Basic Wordpress Mini Site

I need a Wordpress site built for a client. Doesnt need to be fancy, handful of pages, but it does need to look decent. You can use a premade template, but the pre-designed logo needs to work with it. Will pay using NP$. I cant imagine this would take someone with experience more then an hour or two.
