Need a wordpress install on a plesk based host.
The public site needs to be stripped down to focus on just getting people to signup to receive the posts via email. (basically the email newsletter wordpress plugin)
They also need to be able to unsubscribe and it sends the email as soon as the post is made public, think there are a few standard newsletter plug-ins for this.
Need a logo for the site and an about us page. Site needs to be super minimal and the emails that are sent need to match the wordpress template.
Unlikely that a standard wordpress template could be used as I image the email registration box being near the only content it should be something along the lines of the living social or groupon landing pages.
Please advise your interest and ruff estimate via message.
