A ban domain + sub domains

If you have a domain that is banned by google and decide to make a sub domain from the original banned domain. Will the sub domain be banned as well?

Example

url.com - banned

xxx.url.com - sub domain <-- will this be banned by google if I made it after the original domain was banned?
