I plan on signing up for adbrite, I was told it was ok for me to be underage. Is this this true?

Also, can I sign up for adbrite with out having my site up completly? I just wanna have the account made already and everything.

I don't know the first answer. You could apply for the account but the best is to wait till you are all setup and ready to go... I would contact Adbrite if it is aok to be underage... or have on of your parents sign up for you? Best of luck
