domain A $750 estimate by ESTIBOT, would you reg it?

i was doing some analysis for potential domains and popped them in estibot to see what would come out and they came with a $750 appraisal estimate
they are 10 characters long, and I believe they would be very marketable

i know there are more factors involved in making a reg decision and that estibot gives just a range at best, however based just on this factor alone, would you reg such a domain or would this be still not enough information for you to make a decision whether or not to register the domain.
Do you ever justify the price of the domain name to the end users by including such appraisal estimates? Thanks
