The domain name has been transferred and the transaction is complete before you can post, to sellers not timely remove it.

And no , Dont give me that claim that the transaction is done before I posted... I posted less than 5 mins after you posted SOLD 40 DOmains so please, dont insult my intelligence

The buyer PMed me to discuss the domains and agreed to buy some. I asked him to post in the thread. I then updated the OP showing which were sold. By that time the domains were already pushed to his account. It just happens that the domain you wanted was one he bought.

Please be advised that in bulk or multi-auctions like this, the rules stipulate that the domains being sold at BIN MUST be clearly posted by the buyer to claim them so everyone knows what domains were sold. You may not post a generalized SOLD post that does not clearly distinguish which domains out of a batch are being purchased. This is against the rules and unfair to all the bidders that participated in this auction.

Since you stated all the domains are already transfered, it sadly means that my only other option at this point is to close the thread, issue a bad business infraction to the seller, and issue a warning to the buyer since the seller should have reminded the buyer to list the domains they wanted rather than privately selling them without full disclosure in the thread.

Thread closed / All bids void / actions taken

Hopefully this won't happen again.
