Registered these a year ago with those cheap xyz promos but now renewal time is upon us and I don't know if there's value here. I don't many people don't like xyz but is there a future possible market here?

Who knows. Likely you'll never sell, maybe another crazy surge (I doubt it though).

Have a look for sales in numeric xyz of the past 8 months, where/if they are being used, and if they're all registered.

There might be a market for them, in case those numbers means something for chinese people. I see lots of "7" and "8" in them, which are lucky numbers in chinese culture, so maybe that was your intention when you registered them? Unless they have some positive meaning and you can auction them on 4.cn, it would be difficult to find end user outside china imo.
