question 8.xyz Hits the DOMAINfest .asia Auction at No Reserve - What do you think?

The domain name 8.XYZ will be in the auction as part of the DOMAINfest.asia conference that will be held in Macau China from September 4th- 7th.

After Google using .xyz for Alphabet, .xyz become more popular and it may time to invest .xyz.
What you thinks guys?

Domain names containing the number 8 have sold for big money.
Most recently 8.co sold at Heritage Auction in February of this year for $115K.
88888.com was sold by Frank Schilling’s Name Administration for $245,000 also earlier this year.
W8.com sold for $140,000 of February of this year.

Anyone have domain names containg the number 8?

I think the latest move by google will spurn interest in .xyz, more registrations and more sales and higher sales prices within the coming few months.

That being said I think this will only be a temporary market fluctuation and with all the other new extensions to choose from .xyz will eventually become diluted in a buyers market.

One must bear in mind that abc.xyz is a good hack and domains with the numerical '8' have always performed well in the market due to it's special significance (superstitious belief) that it has amongst Asian people.
