hi all.

there is a lot of threads around for all kinds of extensions.. and I know most or many just want the good old .com . and put some more life into it for as cheap as possible...

so I am starting this thread so folk can just find out how to put some more life into your .com for cheaper than regular price.. via either transfer or renewal dicounts/promos/blackfriday/coupons etc. of course as we all know, renewal discounts are nearly non existent. so most of the stuff here should be transfer.

so anything.. blackfriday... boxing day.. xmas.. or just plain old coupons or other promos..

the cutoff price is $8. please do not post deals that are more than $8.

north american located registrars only please. canada and usa.

do not post hostgator or 1&1 deals here.

please keep thread on topic.

$6.49 transfers, good fast support, may require manual verification for first time customers, credit card/no paypal, based in UK, long standing company, no fee for transfer away, auth code for transfer away has nag screen and must be done one by one, yet no other gotchas.

You can add multiple domains for transfer. Just use small letters. Example: domain.com,)$5576488. Domain name, comma then auth code without spaces, one per line.

DomFam - Domain/MyDomain/NetFirms/Dotster bulk transfer page has been and continues to be broken. For rare transfers in* the "add Domain" in CP is the long slow way to get it to work.

*DomFam has best transfer price for dot ME even without coupons $10/year (transfer only, not renewal which is $19.99, next best is then PorkBun $12.47)

Is LCN ok to transfer to?

IMO, They are good. I've been using LCN more than a year.

Negative Aspects :

1. Very slow and bad backend domain admin

2. No Expedite Transfer

3. Only CredidCard - No Paypal

Positive Aspects :

1.Very Low prices for Transfer - $6.49

2.Excellent Chat Support

3.No transfer out fee or Hidden Fee
