The last recorded sale of a NNN.net at namebio.com was:

878.net $1,000 2005-05-16 Afternic
536.net $1,000 2005-05-16 Afternic

Unfortunately these were a year and a half ago. These 2 samples are of names I do believe phoenetically are better and the 878 because of the 2x 8's I think are much better. Based on these sales comparables I woudl proabbyl put the value in the low x,xxx range. Probably right over 1k.

Cool, that lines up about right with what I was thinking. NNN domains seem to be gaining value at a rate of 20% per year. Anyone else have ideas on NNN values?
