Frank said $2500 for premium repeat patterns. They were discussing my domain, 555775.com

Watch the interview, at the 16min 40 sec market, he said "average price" for 6n

Frank won't put them at $2,500, he will list them at $3,500 his 6n.com, I was told that.

Frank did say average price at $2,500 16 min 40 second mark. Let's see what happens, but let's say the floor the "worst of the worst" hit even 10% of that $250, if you hand reg those a few months back, that is a massive ROI!!! Like I said before, I went big, bought 4600 6n's.com, sold 800, and still believe that 6n com's is the best ROI out there to get in now. There is none available, the worst of the worst, all get backordered for $59+, almost all "0 and "4" are getting bought by the Chinese as well.

Now this market is dependent on the Chinese, 99%, so there is always risk, but see what develops after Chinese New Year. Good luck everybody!

If 5Ns price increases, 6ns price would also increase....

Don't forget that, it is after 5n, and the supply is limited.....

I thought that he was talking about 6N in general on his platform.

Most of the sales there would be the better patterns though so your probably both right.

I am getting enquieries about my 6 n domains ,which is fair enough.
Point is that most of them come from resellers ,
I like to ask them to make me an offer .
Below are the latest sales .
BTW I am NOT expecting these prices from anybody here but it gives the buyer a direction of what he/she could expect to sell them for later .
Oppertunity only knocks once ,I am not a long term investor and will sell if the price is right .

Just a note: yesterday I sold 007765.com for $119 at Namejet. Not a big sale but hand reg just a few months back for $9, but many people say "0" in the front are bad, there fine if you have the right patterns. If not about the numbers, but patterns.

No my comment just says that as a buyer I will not just grab anything, why would I buy just anything? It simply means I do not wish to renew a bunch of random names that did not appeal. Some folk would prefer a strong pattern in a 7N as opposed to lesser pattern quality in a 6N. I believe the better the pattern the better value across the board. 6N's up to even 9N's
~
Not sure if this situation can be compared to the 4L market

I think the pattern has a lot to do with it!

I don't own these but just look at the patterns

4440444.com (all 4's and 0's) vs 74903.com (random numbers) 7N vs 6N

4560000.com vs 238129.com nice pattern vs random

If it is easier for someone to remember then I think it has more value regardless if it has a 4,8, or 0.
China is not the only market people. They are a huge numeric market but not the only market.

Think of these types of domains as something similar to your phone number, which I see them eventually being used as something like future phone numbers. We want something that looks good in print and is easy to remember.

hmmmmm Numerics... Nice. I dont have many 6Ns but I have 995754.com and 268484.com , I just realized I made low reserve somewhere lol .

Back to the topic, I expect them to get higher prices and not just 6n but 7ns too.

Regarding 6n, if you have "3 repeating numbers" together whether it's a "4 or "0" that is a great pattern such as "6 "444" 62, which I have on auction up to $100 so far. Also, if you 2 repeating patterns even with such as a 3 "44" 00" 2 .com, that is a decent name as well. Now if you have a name like 047215.com, those are very hard to sell right now, kind of the bottom of the bottom of 6n. However, they are all getting picked up from the drop for $59+ and mostly from Chinese buyers.

As prices for average 6n go up a lot again I just got this spam which i've translated into English:
"Hello friends! 6 digital .com domain name (without the 0 and 4) 500 yuan to sell it, please reply ~"

LOL, needless to say I don't bother with this kind of spam even when it's serious prices being discussed.
The spam i'm getting has been crazy in recent days to the point i've actually deleted one of my worst offenders from dns completely.

The floor is around $200 each now without 0/4 in them after prices have gone up sharply in recent days.
I can't wait till after Chinese new year and see where they are then.

We received the same email. 0s and 4s are getting picked up for sure on the drop. Pheenix.com, DropCatch.com, etc.

LOL, I assumed it wasn't just me, that's just one spam email i've received, there's a ton more that i'm just deleting. It does get annoying after a while but it's a good sign ultimately, shows you're on the right track.

Congrats. I passed on $500 for 007077 just few weeks ago. Still hope to get at least a similar price.

We will surely see an increase in 6n domains after chinese new year. Sedo counts on that too, chinese spammers are active again and we should see the results in March.

I have
891918.com

And I'm holding 190919 dot com =)

I didn't realize until a few weeks ago how this numeric combo is Type / Keyboard - friendly (going from left to right and back). I think everyone was talking too much about how zeros are not worth it.

Screw the "naysayers" that say "4 and 0" are bad. It's all about patterns, you got "19" in the front and "19" in the back, that is a great numbers.

I am putting nothing but "0 and or "4" on Namejet to prove to the naysayers that "0 and 4" are just fine, creating a floor over $100 now, (numbers don't lie) even "0 and "4"(lol)
Going to make that floor maybe go up to $200 after Chinese New Year for "0 and "4".

Jim,
Sellers don't make anything happen. The buyers or lack of ,are the determinate. With all those 6Ns you are holding you have no choice but to be over the top positive. You have made an incredible purchase and are going to a million, but you are as biased as it comes because of that position. It's like asking Papa John what he thinks the future of pizza is. No offense to you. I consider you a friend. Just pointing it out

Your right Shane, sellers don't make things happen buyers do, and numbers don't lie. For example, my name on namejet with the "dreaded "4" is already
334113.com $135 1h 50m(with almost 2 hours to go). I have another 50 examples as well I sold on Namejet with"0 and "4" for average $100 , numbers don't lie:))

4s don't cause cancer. They merely cause lower prices than the other numbers. So yes, if names with a four and no pattern rises then all boats move up. And yes it is moving up. But 4s are still the runts of the numbers world. They still suck comparatively

6n's are becoming more and more about the pattern.
If you have a good pattern even with 0/4 in them they will sell and for increasing amounts by the day.

057429.com will be lucky to get a single backorder on namejet today but something like 288660.com etc. are going for decent prices and rising almost daily now.

Exciting times ahead!

How on earth do you get that on Namejet? They wouldn't take 989808 or 876768 (both com) from me.
