Only 2 weeks ago I tried to sell my 12x 6N as a lot, asking for offers of $200+ (Less than $17 each) and did not get any interest. I simply removed them from auction. I guess they were too "weak" numbers.

Two days ago 044430.com and 044439.com sold for 19 each here at NP auctions. These are not premiums, but still low price IMO. Obviously patterns in the middle are not so popular as these at back and front.

I can buy your 6Ns with your avarage prices for 6N .com ($15-17 each) I cant find 6Ns with this price range.

I have seen "bunch" auctions where only one is of interest to me so I did not bid, could be better to break them up?

One member here has stated that 444 is "the strength of a leopard" But domainers can be like sheep and the dreaded 4 scares them off, these names may have done better on another sales platform? People selling names all over the place so some folk are simply going for the absolute best for their purchase. If you can double your money in under a year, it is still a good investment compared to a bank deposit and fees. It is worth noting the folk selling 5N's for big money have held for a number of years in some cases

IMO.
Your comment is a proof that 6N are still not THAT hot.

When 4L were hot and cheap 6 months ago, people were buying them all. The bigger "bunch" they could find, the better no matter what the letters were.

If a bunch of cheap 6N is not appealing and people feel like only picking the good ones, it means there are not completely "there" yet.

No my comment just says that as a buyer I will not just grab anything, why would I buy just anything? It simply means I do not wish to renew a bunch of random names that did not appeal. Some folk would prefer a strong pattern in a 7N as opposed to lesser pattern quality in a 6N. I believe the better the pattern the better value across the board. 6N's up to even 9N's
~
Not sure if this situation can be compared to the 4L market

I wasn't even aware of Sedo doing that, but then again, not a fan of Sedo either for many reasons.

In terms of bottom price, 2 domains yesterday at 90 yuan ($13.68) and a couple earlier in week at 80 yuan. Both ended 04. Generally, 4 is being penalised more than 0.

There is no way the floor price will that this year, but down the road a little more ?

Doesn't he mean that's the average price for 6N sold through his platform?

Gonna be a much higher figure than the industry average because it'll mostly be great patterns people are sitting on with high BIN's.

Sorry my post wasn't clear. I watched the Sherpa interview and Frank Shilling was saying $2500 is the average price for 6N on his platform. He wasn't talking about the industry average.
