Guess its time to consider taking some tv names and doing dot com

Well, at least my expense will surly go down in vs .tv registration.

This is a risk factor I am seeing.

This is not just a recent phenomenon. xxxxxxxxTV.com has been used and promoted for years. In fact, I remember coming across an article awhile back that OnlineTV.com sued Online.TV back when they launched in 2001. The bottom line is that both can co-exist quite happily.

Although mentioned before throughout many threads, if you have a chance to reg both the .tv and tv.com version of a keyword/keyword combo then grab it (if you can find it), especially if you are going to develop. Certainly a good way to prevent leakage.

Exactly carryon, Jeff since the forum started I have written to protect your .tv with the ***tv.com Many here have done that and done well either protecting or just regging. I regged some today for the first time in a long time. Only one protection domain Nadinetv.com to go with Nadine.tv. Picked up Lontv.com,Jeltv.com,Liotv.com and SororityGirlstv.com along with 21 L-L-L.com but that is another thread in another area.
