Alibaba Cloud is offering $6.99 .com domain registrations. Yay or Nay?

I won't be giving them my payment details. The reason is that I have an account with them, they send me promotional emails, even I have unsubscribed from them, they still do it. They may not remove my payment information if I ask so, these maybe two different things but I'm suspecting the same.
