I see a lot of posts asking for this type of information, and also a lot of posts with inaccurate information, so I thought I would make this available to everyone.

If anyone sees a problem with any of my statistics please let me know...

This report was pulled from the zone file which exempts any domains without nameservers. Which as best as I can tell runs about a 1-2% average.

It doesn't seem that city code in front affects value, unless it's one of these 5: BJ, SH, GD, GZ, SZ.

It may also be in part the letters but of course the real reason is that these are the major commercial centers in China.

People got to decide. Are these "bitcoins" where specific letters don't matter or are these end user things.

End user thing is irrelevant for years for this. There are 20x20x20 x 2 = 16000 possible combos with city code in front/end. Then you have as many in .cn, .net etc. And then you have most of the companies that don't want acronyms + city code. How many businesses in New York, for example, are based on NY+LLL and/or LLLNY?!

Problem here whether its cynthia OR ME or anyone two or three people are behaving like kids and noone likes to respond to them or get in to the discussions where they participate and i feel cynthia is also not responding because of that ....ultimately here except rate of registrations no one knows what happens its just that we all assume that potentially these things might happen based on the data ...those two or three people need to grow up so that discussions here will be more healthy

I have talked with 25 to 30 people asking them how many domains they have and out of them some replies are these:
1) 170K
2)45K
3)22700
4)7500
i mean if someone says they own 10K then they say they are small investors. Today there was a conversation where people are waiting for last 1,00,000 to sweep them.

When i talked about LNRQP someone here behaved like a cry baby and now everyone knows whats happening with LNRQP...so you got to accept facts and move on.....don't have to argue on everything

I'm seeing mixed signals, to be honest. On one hand, random and double repeaters the "bad letters" are being registered at much sower rate than the ones without. On the other hand, at the triple repeater and better pattern levels, I can't see any price difference.

Where are you seeing this? I haven't seen any triple repeats with sub-prime letters on Chaomi so it's hard to say. What's odd is that there doesn't seem to be any difference in price between better and worse patterns for the ones with "good" letters. ABC and ABCD types - even an ABCDE at the bottom - all are getting the same price, and getting 3 times what sub primes are getting (eg mnwwp.com).

Yes that's what I was calling sub prime, anything with lnrpq. So it is a third of the price of the others. But what I don't get is why the ABC's with "good" letters (eg, mtjtt) don't get more than the ABCD's with good letters (eg, zkycc).

Dear Friend you are right about LNPQR as far as current market price concerns. It is like in CVCV pattern "A" consider more stronger than all other vowels. More than 50% including myself (Conservative way) are just investor who don't even know the actual meaning of certain letters. Even in 4L.com Chips so many has no meaning but still everything get traded because of reseller/investor.

What is the real reason no one knows why Chinese friends preferred 5L.com without "LNQRP" ?? But someone has to start from somewhere like First they must have registered ABBBB , AAAAB, AABBB, ABAAA etc., Someone has to start from somewhere. Even 4L.com all Dictionary words must have registered first for sure, then Pronounceable like CVCV CVVC got registered etc,

When we have choice we always want to get something best to start with.

End of the day Chinese friends knows better than us.

Couple of friend started "WTB" thread to buy 5L.com without "LNPQR" and their asking price is $15. How many offer they received. I doubt "0". Current market price for "LNPQR" 5L.com is $30.

Either we agree with Dear Friend Bhanu or not current Market price favors what he shared with us.

I am not against anybody. I am supporting what is right as of now. Yes market might change once complete buyout but Bhanu is also correct.

I have also been saying this since beginning actually until and unless it is ultra premium like aaaaa or ending with w or ww or www chinese are not looking at ABBCC patterns ....they have meaning for everything ......like i am just giving an example ....suppose BRBBT is there it means i love cooking .....BRB will be i love and CT means car BRBCT will be i love car...i mean they prefer meanings
