I see a lot of posts asking for this type of information, and also a lot of posts with inaccurate information, so I thought I would make this available to everyone.

If anyone sees a problem with any of my statistics please let me know...

This report was pulled from the zone file which exempts any domains without nameservers. Which as best as I can tell runs about a 1-2% average.

Seriously though, buyout may happen soon, but there probably will be second buyout in 10 years, after this one ultimately fails with flood of renewals coming up in September 2016 - March 2017 period in 5L.com, 7N-10N, 4L-5L in bunch of other extensions...

I recommend that you check for how long in average the 5L.com have been registered for...

And how do I average 5L?

There are pronounceable 5L.coms, There are My+LLLs, there LLL+CC(Country code), There are CC+LLL.com, There are AAABB, AABBB, AABBC etc. great patterns that make sense to register/keep. There are also some legitimate 5L acronyms. I sold HRVST for $3K, because it is short for Harvest.

If we take Chips only, 3.2MM of them, and assume there are 30% of those that fit the above description, and they have average reg history of 4 years, and then they would give an average reg date of 1.2 years across the board )

But that does not change the fact that 70% of all 5Ls are crap. At the same time they are better crap than 4L.ws that got swept up as well )

Therefore check the "70% crap as you say" that have been registered in the last 6 momth, for how long they have been reg for, and by who...
Ps: the % that fit your description is less than 5%

I don't get the cryptic language. If you have specific facts you want to reveal, go ahead please.
I do have one 5L chip by the way: RNMNB.com I bought it as short for ReNMiNBi

And guy please...Stop doing such a hype about 888 7Ns with 4. seems nobody wants them actually. 888 pattern without 4 was sold out in early November and 150 per day? Are you kidding? It needs 45 seconds in LLLLL.com chips

I don't see this on chaomi.cc. Floor for chips without lnrpq is $30, with those letters its $10.

It doesn't seem that city code in front affects value, unless it's one of these 5: BJ, SH, GD, GZ, SZ.

Just a brainstormin...

The first 5 (and only so far) City code province that sale are

- BJ
- SH
- GD
- GZ
- SZ

I dont see "qlrnp"

the only remaining codes are "HL" "NM"

Tricky games for chinese buddies...

It may also be in part the letters that give these city codes more value but of course the real reason is that these are the major commercial centers in China.

I was only thinking to myself, that qrlnp is definitely the way Chinese "outsmarted" us

It is smart, except I still don't get it. These are not actually the least used initials in pinyin, according to many other analyses. I don't know what the devaluation of these letters is based on - if anything.
