$550,000 3-Letter .Com Sale Headlines Our Latest Domain Sales Leader Board - ccTLDs and Non .Com gTLDs Turned Heads Too

The domain aftermarket continues to perform at a very high level. The biggest 3-letter .com sale of the year to date headlines our latest bi-weekly all-extension Top 20 Sales Chart (and also ranks among the 20 biggest publicly reported sales so far in 2025, regardless of category). We also saw some big .co and .ai sales, as well as two of the year's 10 biggest non .com gTLD sales to date.

From the article:

In another six-figure sale, the owner of Nova.co sold that domain for $160,000 after being contacted by a buyer represented by Grit Brokerage. The seller used a free NamePros Lander for the domain and the transaction was completed through Escrow.domains. The same seller made a previously unreported $44,000 sale of Unison.co last year, also using a NamePros Lander with Lumis.com representing the buyer and Escrow.domains handling that transaction as well. We will be adding it to the 2024 ccTLD Top 100 Sales Chart in our Domain Sales Archive.

New information also allows us to include a $50,000 sale of #9 (tie) Wand.co on our latest chart below. Rename.co closed the sale earlier this year with the common thread again being the use of a NamePros Lander.

The Nova.co and Wand.co sales joined three .ai sales to to give the ccTLDs five entries on the latest honor roll.

nova.co still redirects to NP sale page so the domain was actually sold or not?

well, x.com stood empty for quite a time too after the deal so maybe they simply had no interest to change nameservers jet
