If I had to choose I would choose the second version of 1) logo but it doesn't convince me fully.

Anyway I think I prefer the uppercase version of logo.

I dont't like instead the letter "T" of logo 2) and 3).

I also suggest to see what "trading" means.

Maybe you could add some "trading icon" to the logo.

Here an example (do not look at the colors or font) made by me about what I mean with "trading icon" (watch the letter T):

I appreciate the uppercase and the simplicity, but I would like to see a better contrast between yellow and blue.
I don't like the letter "T"; it doesn't remind me the activity of trading.

I like the font and I like the idea of letter "N" (I would complete the letter N with the missing part of letter; it's not easy to read the correct word at first sight). I don't like how you designed the ".it" part and I would like a yellow and blue logo as written in "general requirements".

I think, at the moment, your logo is the best.
But you should improve some things like the ".it" part, the letter "N" and the color (I need yellow and blue, color shades included).

This one could be a coarse idea about the logo (maybe there's too much space between letters):

I like how you use the "trading icon" in the 2) logo. I would try to change the font. I'd make it more flatter and with less spacing between letters.

I don't like the font of the second entry. I'm looking for some "professional" font.
In the first entry I don't like the yellow letter "T" (it's difficult to see at first sight that is a letter T) and I would make the logo all uppercase.
