$50 Pull data from mysql and display on web pages

I added 3 fields in a mysql database and that info needs to be displayed on 4 pages , there are four forms (all essentially the same)and associated with other fields data

Skills needed :

Mysql,Php, javascript,ajax and have quantity/quality of namepros feedback

Pretty basic.. The data for both will be displayed in a basic dynamic spreadsheet..


4 Php pages Need the new php sql queries changes

As well as the 4 submission forms to new data selections added..


Project to start Monday Morning 12/14 and be finished no later than Tuesday morning 12/15...


The additions will be Comments , Phone numbers and an additional Yes or No text field .

The comments and phone numbers should use a mouseover/mouseclick text bubble . You can see why as there is no room left on the spreadsheet E85 Prices » California

For the other data a text tool tip bubble..something basic and light code ..choose whatever code you think.. something like this Dynamic Drive DHTML Scripts- Sticky Tooltip script

I Guess thats it..really pretty simple ..I'm just rattling on making sure there is as little mis-comunnication as possible.
