Up for sale is a very popular promotion/social bookmarking exchange phpBB forum that has achieved an Alexa rating of 50,179 since it's launch Aug 2008 with 217,730 pageviews to date. This site has barely been promoted and gets anywhere from 500-1,000 visitors per day. Much of the traffic is word of mouth, but it also has over 300 pages indexed in Google with over 700 backlinks in Google.
Site has a very capable co-administrator and moderators and requires no time from me to maintain. Members participate daily and are active all of the time. Our members are from around the world so the site is active 24 hours per day. Your only job would be to answer emails through the message center and participate in the community if you want to!

Site has earned minor Adsense earnings ($15 since launch). I never tried to monetize this site. I built it to get websites indexed in Google quickly and traffic established quickly and the site accomplishes that extremely well. With this kind of traffic and Alexa Rating, you could sell advertising spots easily.

Traffic is mostly direct from word of mouth. Site has not been promoted since first month of launch. Traffic stats attached at sitepoint
