Okay here is the story, a buddy of mine started a site way back when and does not spend anytime on it at all and it has grown into a huge forum. The last update was probablity a year ago but people still stick around for some reason.
The forum have 9,753 user with 94,699 posts
I have all the traffic stats since 2005. The site is a PR3 but he has not updates as I said in a long time. Cause he basically doesnt have time, I tried to buy it from him but cant come up with the funds.
Please PM me for the Domain and Info and I will respond. Seroiusly bidders only as he wants really high xxxx to xx,xxx atleast.
The site pays for itself through his hosting company he created which he will not be selling.
Also we have a new web design we made that hasnt been uploaded plus the board was just updated with Vbulletin

Adsense has never been used on this site, untapped resource right there with the high amounts of daily traffic it recieves
