5$ to Fix My Joomla Site

Recently moved my site to an new server and I am having an unexplainable 403 error on the site and I don't have the time to fix it or find out what's wrong. Also I have an integrated forum with joomla where just before I moved the site was having a strange time out error every so often.

I will pay 5$, paypal, for someone fix all the errors/problems on the site and upgrade the SMF forum and Joomla to the latest versions.
