You can customize it as you like and no copyright or links are required (of course), however I don't want people to call it their design unless it's changed totally from the original template. Some of the designs comes with a PSD file which makes it easy to customize images. I have a support board where I will answer questions and help people with their custom design if they need it

No they are not unique but they are high quality, clean code and the layout is seperated from the content buy using pure CSS.
