4 letter domain. Huge Potential?

Hi, I would really appreciate some appraisals of
45th.net

I thought that it might be valuable as Obama is the 44th President so 45th.net could represent the President after him and be a place for speculation/debate about that.

Another possibility might be the 45th Parallel as a geo. What do you think?

I also noticed that the characters "45th" are next to each other on the keyboard and in sequence. Does that add value to the domain?

Any advice and/or estimates?

Time to say grace.....

This domain is begging to be reunited with it's reg fee kin above in hopes of returning some day in another domain form. Bad domains are made in 5 days. Prevent this poor soul from spending an entire year trapped in it's current form and grace delete for credit.

I just put up a quick site with presidential/political keywords for the search engines as a holding page.

Regarding the 45th parallel idea: any appraisal figures for the domain in that regard? It is a fairly decent 4 character domain I would have thought-although .net not .com.
