$40 web site logo and header

I am looking for a logo and header for Mecklenburgclassifieds.com. Charlotte is the major city in Mecklenburg county, NC.

I am looking for a logo with the name (MecklenburgClassifieds) and some sort of artistic symbol. I want it to be Crisp, Clean, Modern High-tech looking. I would like it to be the carolina panthers colors which is blue black and white. Some possible ideas for the image or symbol.

Charlotte is the queen city
Our police cars have a hornets nest on their doors
Carolina Panthers mascot - Black Panther
It could also just be some cool design

I really don't have a solid idea of what I want so be creative.

sorry I took so long to give feedback. My RoadRunner was down. First of all I will set the deadline for friday 2-24 @ 9pm. I will pay via paypal as soon as my decision is made.

Feedback so Far -
Ethayne - I like the Looks of the header but don't really care for the MC Logo. The Panthers logo looks nice but don't think I can use that

Bas - I like the fading colors and the general style but not so crazy about the circled listing logo.

Kasted - not really the look I am going for.

Ralphie - I think that I Like yours the best so far. I like the Queens cap and the general style. I think I might want to see what it would look like with some background colors somewhat like Thaynes.

discented - I like the concept. maybe fade the black and bleu together. I am liking the queens crown is a couple of the others.

Bas - I Like the new design and have had some good feedback on the other design from some people in my office.

Keep the ideas coming. I am probably going to take a vote from about 20 people in my office and then make my final decision friday at 9pm
