Aznchong91: nice but looking for something a bit more conservative. The members on this site are mostly over 30 crowd.
Sol: of the two I like that one the best so far, but not sure about the screwdriver on top - maybe a different designed screwdriver or maybe a soldering iron? keep ideas coming!!!

elio3: Right now yours is the one i am liking the best. I like the thicker fonts rather then skinny fonts. That soldering iron is cool but its what techs call "Big Bertha" and is not used for soldering electronic equipment anymore... We use the pencil iron type!!
But its a cool idea where there is a picture of something on top or in front of fixtips.com
