The site sells domain names and hosting right now but will sell other related services in the future.

You may follow the same theme of the logo as it is now or create something completely different.

It has to be vector.

Prize is $40.

I love those fonts and I almost went with yours but I had to make a choice.

Your entry is very effective and inviting but I think the emotional tone would have worn off too soon and my users would have gotten tired of it.

I've seen your work on other contests and it seems to get better with each one. The icon in the middle is too pronounced and seems to take away from the fonts. (BTW, does it give you the impression of an evil clown?)

Aftermath:

Nice concept but the coloe or the scale of the mascott doesn't seem right.
