40.000 page impresions 0$

I have one proxy with adsense in the home page. With adsense about 12$ but in proxied pages with adbrites 0$... 2000 impresions with adsense 12$ and 40.000 with adbrites 0$? The traffic is from US 80%... In the banners of adbrite appears only "do you want to advertise in this site?"
