Hello NamePros!
I am selling 2 Anime websites: http://narutome.com and http://trigunepisodes.com
Both websites are powered and optimized by WordPress, an easy to use platform. They both feature a customized free theme (made to match eachother).
All videos are hosted on other video sites (99% on veoh.com), so bandwidth and webspace is not an issue (takes up about 10GB/month). This also prevents any possible legal issues with the videos due to them being hosted elsewhere.
NarutoMe.com is much larger than TrigunEpisodes, and as you can see with the chatbox (on every page), there are usually 100-150 people on at once.
TrigunEpisodes.com has not been advertised (except through NarutoMe), and has an average of 6-10 users on at a time.
As you can see with the polls and comments on both sites; as well as watching videos, people are actively interacting with the site.
The sites will only take you less than 1 hour per week, (adding any videos, updating broken links, advertising).
I will give the buyer tips on how to keep their website active once the transaction is completed.
TrigunEpisodes has not been advertised, except on NarutoMe - so it has much more potential in revenue if some time is taken into advertising it.

Revenue Details:
AdSense
AdSense is the primary revenue source for both websites.
NarutoMe.com makes about $295/month
TrigunEpisodes.com makes about $5/month (this website has not been advertised)
You will notice that the ad revenue dropped on the last few days of August, and that was due to me testing alternate ad positions. (now revenue is on the rise)
AuctionAds
In the 9 days AuctionAds has been running on both sites, there was a total of 181 clicks, but only $0.57 in sales. I have not had much experience with AuctionAds, so they can probably be better optimized for revenue.
Text Links
Two text links have been sold on NarutoMe for a total of $24/month (one is $11/mo, the other $13/mo). The buyer will have to decide whether or not to keep these advertisers at that price (advertiser contact information will be provided on successful sale).
Adverts
The Advert popups make about $1.25/day (running for only 3 days now as a test). This can be an easy extra $30-40 a month (minimum payout is only $20).
Traffic Details:
Most traffic is from referral links, most of which include from veoh.com and anime topsites. NarutoMe and TrigunEpisodes link to each other, and they generate quite a few hits that way.
A large amount of traffic also comes from search engines, check the screenshot for more details.
According to Google Analytics, the breakdown is like this:
