Maybe promoting a dead site i have but whats the best way to do so

i'd throw some of it at redoing / upgrading any sites you may have (such as a dead site), and also put some of it towards social bookmarks of sites that are "good enough." :tu:

Sell them for CA$H MONEYZ in the marketplace.

Especially if you don't have any specific need for using them at the moment, cashing them out (or keeping them in your NP account like I do) would be your best bet. I have NP$ back from when the avg rate was 0.01, and now its 0.02. Doubled my money by doing nothing, not bad.
