Yes you need a reseller plan, or turn it into redirection site, that is a good idea for it too.

Hey John,

I've had experience with two CPanel free hosting websites before, and just to let you know, once you get to about 150 websites you'll need at least a VPS server costing you around $45/month. Eventually your reseller host would kick you off as the websites use up too much of the servers resources , the best and safest thing to do from my experience would be start off with a VPS, and eventually you'll need to go dedicated if your planning on growing.

To save yourself trouble, I would start with a VPS!!! HINT HINT! lol
